Russia Arrests Eight Over Crimea Bridge Bombing

Russia on Wednesday announced the arrest of eight people in connection to the weekend bombing of the country’s bridge to Crimea.

Moscow’s Federal Security Service said it arrested five Russians and three citizens of Ukraine and Armenia in connection to the attack, according to state-run media outlet TASS.

Russian President Vladimir Putin has called the bridge strike Saturday a terrorist attack from Ukraine, from which Russia took Crimea in 2014.
