In one video, posted on Instagram in September that has more than 410,000 views but was reuploaded by another account on YouTube where it has had 3.4 million views, the tween lists the 'things that are embarrassing.'

'When somebody who is really rude asks why they have no friends,' Evelyn begins in the clip while she's about to apply a Glow Recipe toner to her face.

'Maybe you have no friends because you're b**** to everyone.'

She goes on while using a skincare item from The Ordinary: 'People who change their entire personalities the second they're in front of a guy, or when they're being recorded.

'When someone still says "bombastic side eye." It's been what? Five months? Let it go.'

As she applies an Elf makeup product to her face, she continues: 'When you say something funny to someone and they go tell everyone your joke.'

Next on the list: 'The dupe trend.'

'When you're talking to people and you repeat yourself and then they go, "We heard you the first time,"' she continued.

'When someone points out the most obvious thing like, "Humans need water to live."

'And then everyone's like, "Oh my goodness, this is so real." Guys, I've been saying this the entire time. When it's like "obviously, obviously."'

Evelyn then finishes the video by showing off her iridescent nails, 'for those who asked.'

In another video, that's had 1.2 million views, Evelyn lists 'things we need to stop doing,' as she applies products from brands such as Glow Recipe, The Ordinary, Drunk Elephant, Saie, NARS, Rare Beauty and Charlotte Tilbury.

'Calling any girl we don't like a "pick me,"' she starts off.

'Having one-on-one conversations in the group chat. "But it's not that hard to turn your notifications off." Okay, it's not that hard to get off the group chat and message them separately.

'Teachers need to stop saying, "I'll wait, I'll wait."

'Stealing stuff out of lockers. "What happened to my Fenty Beauty blotting powder?" "If you care about it so much, you shouldn't have brought it to school." Or maybe, just maybe, you shouldn't have gone into my locker and stolen it out of my bag.'

Her audience is mostly made up of young women and she's been offered sponsorship deals from companies who are looking to tap into the tween market, which includes eight to 12-year-old girls, The Washington Post reported.

Thus far she has not posted any sponsored content on her main Instagram feed - and she did not reveal to the outlet how much money, if any, she has made thus far from her social media career.

However, alongside her hilarious videos, she's also posted a number of PR hauls that show off the products she's been sent by beauty brands.

In a one clip entitled, 'HUGE pr haul,' Evelyn reveals she 'literally' has 10 boxes in her possession.

From the makeup brand Saie, she got three packages that contained a selection of tinted moisturizers, blushes, highlighters and lip oil.

Other brands to send her products were Truly and Philosophy.

Another video captioned, 'massive PR haul part 2,' Evelyn unboxes another PR package from Saie, which she says is her 'fourth one from them.'

Then I Met You, Bubble and Jouer also featured in the clip.

While she didn't detail how lucrative these offers have been, Evelyn did reveal she was putting money away for a facial and was looking to raise funds for college.

Her parents have started a Coogan Account for her as well so her social media takings are held in trust and she can access it when she turns 18.

The account became a legal requirement after child actor Jackie Coogan sued his mother in 1939 after his parents squandered a large part of his estimated $3 to $4 million (about $66 to $88 million in today's dollars) fortune.

The legal battle focused attention on child actors and resulted in the 1939 enactment of the California Child Actor's Bill, often referred to as the 'Coogan Act' or the 'Coogan Law.'

It stated that a child actor's employer set aside 15 per cent of the earnings in a trust.

Speaking to The Washington Post, Evelyn and her mother, Alex, gave some insights into the tween's creative process and the difficulties they've faced, such as having her TikTok account suspended without a detailed explanation.

Alex is the one who runs her daughter's social media and monitors the comments - both good and bad - as the 12-year-old isn't of age to create her own TikTok or Instagram accounts, both platforms have a minimum age limit of 13 years old.

Unfortunately the mother has had to turn off comments on some videos on Instagram because of negative reactions.

'I take social media seriously, especially as it pertains to my daughter's safety and privacy,' Alex told the publication.

'Not only did I create the TikTok account, submit my government ID as proof, I also am the sole individual that uploads content in addition to monitoring daily activity. To say we are incredibly disappointed to have our account taken away despite these precautions is an understatement.'

The mother-daughter duo also come up with content ideas together, and Alex is in the room when Evelyn creates her videos as well as reviewing and editing them before they go live.

Despite her online alter ago, Evelyn says her videos are meant to be fun and weren't meant to be mean-spirited.

As for the future, she is looking to diversify her brand in the future.

'I really want to expand my content. I understand that I am beauty and entertainment right now. But I would love to get into makeup tutorials and vlogs,' she said.

She continued: 'I probably will change some of my opinions later as I get older. But there are many opinions of mine that I am dead set on, and I think are just morals.

'I feel like you should just stay true to yourself. You don't need to change in front of other people or act differently for approval.'

Evelyn added: 'I always have wanted to be an influencer.'
