No Contrition Here: Waukesha Parade Suspect Complains of Being 'Demonized' after Vicious Ramming Attack

Charged Waukesha parade attack suspect Darrell Brooks complained about the way that the media and public is viewing him in his first public remarks after being arrested for the ramming attack that killed six people, speaking in a jailhouse video interview with Fox News.
“I just feel like I’m being monster – demonized,” Brooks told a Fox journalist. Brooks also mentioned being “dehumanized” after the attack. Fox describes the video interview as quickly ending, with Brooks getting up from the conference camera, sobbing, and returning to his cell after being told that his mother had released a statement accusing the Wisconsin justice system of failing her son, citing his mental health.
Brooks declined to speak of the circumstances and motives behind the attack in the interview, which ended after a few minutes.
