Disgraced Ex-Gov. Andrew Cuomo Set to Appear for Virtual Court Hearing; Judge Expected to Toss Sex-Crime Case for Allegedly Groping Former Aide

Disgraced ex-Gov. Andrew Cuomo is set to appear for a virtual court hearing Friday — when a judge is expected to toss his sex-crime case for allegedly groping a former aide.
Cuomo, 64, had been scheduled to be arraigned on the charges on Friday — but Albany County District Attorney David Soares revealed just days earlier he was dropping the misdemeanor charges.
Judge Holly Trexler notified prosecution and defense lawyers Thursday that they would have to still appear with Cuomo for the virtual hearing.
