Poll: Voters Still Believe Crime and Inflation Most Important Issues in 2022 Midterms

Despite the corporate media obsessing over Donald Trump and conflicts in far-flung areas such as Ukraine, voters continue to view inflation and violent crime as the main issues heading into the 2022 midterms.

According to a Rasmussen poll, 85% of likely American voters are somewhat concerned about inflation, which includes 57% who are very concerned.

In a similar vein, 86% of voters are somewhat concerned about violent crime, which includes 61% who are very concerned.

As for wedge issues like abortion, 70% of voters are somewhat concerned about abortion, which includes 50% who are very concerned.

67% of Democrats are very concerned about abortion, whereas only 38% of Republicans and 45% of independent voters are concerned about it.

By contrast, majorities of voters across the political spectrum – 73% of Republicans, 50% of Democrats, and 62% of independent voters – are very concerned about violent crime.
