At a speech he gave for Hispanic Heritage Month on September 30, 2022, President Joe Biden celebrated how the United States’ foreign-born population has reached 47 million — a record level.

Biden was also giddy about how 26% of students enrolled in American schools speak Spanish as opposed to English, per a report by John Binder of Breitbart News.

“When in American history has there been a circumstance where one ethnicity has the potential to have such a profound impact on the direction of a country?” Biden inquired.
