Gun Grabber Beto O'Rourke Facing Election Whipping from Gov. Abbott in New TX Gubernatorial Poll

Democrat gun grabber, Texas gubernatorial candidate, and failed presidential candidate Beto O’Rourke is facing a landslide gap in a new poll from Quinnipiac. O’Rourke is challenging Greg Abbott in a campaign to become Governor of the Lone Star state, three years after losing a campaign for the US Senate against Ted Cruz.

A Quinnipiac poll released earlier this week reveals Governor Abbott maintains a blowout 52% to 37% lead over O’Rourke in a tentative 2022 match-up, a margin that appears to indicate any Democrat such as O’Rourke is slated to face near impossible odds in Texas’ gubernatorial election. It’s not inaccurate to state that if the margins the poll indicates are real, an O’Rouke victory is all but impossible in November.

The poll reveals that an unrelenting torrent of illegal immigration is the most pressing issue facing Texas according to the state’s voters, with 33% of Texans stating as such. The economy is considered the second most important issue, coming in a distant second at 11%.
