The Biden regime has announced that it will be rescinding a rule enacted by the previous administration protecting the religious liberty of federal contractors.
The Biden Department of Labor (DOL) announced on Tuesday that they will be rolling back a rule allowing religious groups contracting with the federal government to hire people who hold the same beliefs. The Biden regime is claiming that this rule is discriminatory against homosexuals in their latest attack on faith.
“The Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs’ proposed rescission would protect against discrimination and safeguard principles of religious freedom. With this proposal, OFCCP would simply return to our policy and practice of considering the facts of each case and applying Title VII principles and case law and other applicable law,” Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs Director Jenny R. Yang said to justify the appalling decision.
