CNN's Jim Acosta Chastises NRA Board Member Over Texas Shooting, Asks Him 'Isn’t This Blood on Your Hands?'

CNN’s Jim Acosta flagrantly disregarded his own demands for decency as he chastised a board member from the National Rifle Association (NRA) while foisting blame for the tragedy in Texas on Second Amendment proponents arguing, “Isn’t this blood on your hands?”
Perhaps Judge Phillip Journey was led to believe his Sunday interview on “CNN Newsroom” would be a civil dialogue seeking to outline constructive steps forward for the nation after an 18-year-old suspect murdered 19 children and two teachers in Uvalde, Texas. It only took moments into Acosta’s questioning to prove that wouldn’t be the case as his talking point-filled smear of the NRA demanded constant interruptions of his guest so no counterpoint could effectively be presented.
“For years your group has blocked new gun safety laws and pushed for the most relaxed rules on firearms. Isn’t some of this blood on the NRA’s hands?” Acosta accused.
