Fauci: 'We Are Concerned about Courts Getting Involved in Things That Are Unequivocally Public Health Decisions - This Is a CDC Issue'

National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases (NIAID) director Dr. Anthony Fauci made comments indicating that he and his fellow health bureaucrats should be above the law.

Fauci made the remarks after a court struck down mask mandates on airplanes. Fauci believes this should not be allowed, and the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) should be exempt from any checks on their authority.

“We are concerned about courts getting involved in things that are unequivocally a public health decision. This is a CDC issue. It should not have been a court issue,” Fauci said.
