Geraldo Has the Stones to Question Kanye's Motivation for Tucker Interview: 'He Is Doing This to Get a Reaction'

Geraldo Rivera appeared on “The Five” Friday and proceeded to hypocritically knock Kanye West for sitting down with Fox News host Tucker Carlson in an interview to discuss his spirituality and business dealings, asserting that he was looking for a “reaction.”

The accusation from Rivera is rich considering he has spent his entire career looking for a “reaction.”

“You have been around the block enough, Will, to know that Kanye West is a provocateur. He is doing this to get a reaction,” Rivera charged, responding to comments from co-host Will Cain who admired the rapper’s anti-woke message.

“I remember very clearly Katrina 2005, and he said, ‘George Bush doesn’t care about black people.’ So that was Kanye West also. But he was on exactly the opposite side of things,” he carped trying to diminish West’s conservative leanings.

Co-host Will Cain couldn’t believe his ears but he should have expected nothing less from Geraldo Rivera.
