Four pro-illegal immigration activists who harassed Democratic Senator Kyrsten Sinema in a bathroom at Arizona State University are set to face criminal charges for the the incident.

AZFamily.com reported that the four progressive activists have been referred for misdemeanor criminal charges by the ASU Police Department. The harassers were demanding that Sinema support an illegal measure to grant amnesty to illegal aliens in the annual budget reconciliation bill, a backdoor proposal to grant citizenship and residency privileges to up to 10 million illegals.

Sinema had declined to support reconciliation amnesty after the Senate Parliamentarian declared it ineligible for consideration in a budget reconciliation bill.
