Leaked Draft Shows SCOTUS Has Voted to Strike down Roe v Wade

The Supreme Court has voted to strike down Roe v. Wade according to a leaked initial draft majority opinion by Justice Samuel Alito.

The news, first published by Politico late Monday night, has now been met with outrage from both the left and the right. And the intensity is only increasing.

Per the report:

“The Supreme Court has voted to strike down the landmark Roe v. Wade decision, according to an initial draft majority opinion written by Justice Samuel Alito circulated inside the court and obtained by POLITICO.”

…A person familiar with the court’s deliberations said that four of the other Republican-appointed justices – Clarence Thomas, Neil Gorsuch, Brett Kavanaugh and Amy Coney Barrett – had voted with Alito in the conference held among the justices after hearing oral arguments in December, and that line-up remains unchanged as of this week.”

The SCOTUS opinion has not yet been finalized and could still change. But the fact that it’s even being considered is already being touted as a major setback for reproductive rights by leftists.

Those on the right, however, are understandably infuriated by this unprecedented move. With many casting speculations and theories about who is directly responsible for this extremely sensitive infomation getting leaked to the media first.
