More Bad News for Dems: Asian-Americans Increasingly Shifting to GOP

As more Hispanic Americans become disillusioned with the Democrat Party, another voting bloc that has been fairly reliable may also be jumping ship. With issues like school admissions becoming more discriminatory to them, more Asian-Americans are taking a second look at the Republican Party, and they are liking what they see.

According to the 2020 U.S. census, the Asian population grew by a substantial margin of 35.5% between 2010 and 2020. It is the fastest growing non-white population, and they are not happy with president Joe Biden. A January poll showed his approval with Asian-Americans at 55%.

In a recent interview with The Daily Caller, former U.N. Ambassador in the Trump administration, and former South Carolina Gov. Nikki Haley, herself the daughter of Indian immigrants said,

“Asian American families want the same things as any other family in this country – the opportunity to work hard, live in a safe community, a provide the best life for their children. That’s why people from every walk of life are supporting GOP candidates. They agree our message is the right one and that we have the solutions to lift up all Americans.”
