OPEC+ Flips off Biden, Agrees to Cut Oil Production by 2 Million Barrels a Day

The OPEC+ group of oil-producing nations agreed Wednesday to slash oil production by 2 million barrels per day, Reuters reported, seeking to stabilize oil prices following months of decline.

Members of the group, which includes Saudi Arabia and Russia, are hoping to spur recovery after four months of falling oil prices.

The decision comes despite pressure from the United States, which has urged Saudi Arabia not to cut production.
