Travis Scott is speaking out regarding the tragedy that occurred at his Astroworld music festival in Houston last year.

In November, Scott was performing at the festival when a crowd surge led to 10 deaths and hundreds of injuries.

On Tuesday, the rapper shared with his Instagram followers a link to his philanthropic campaign, Project HEAL, a multi-tier, long-term series of community-focused philanthropy and investment efforts.
