In a wide-ranging interview with Fox News, former President Donald Trump responded in detail to civil litigation from New York State Democratic Attorney General Letitia James regarding alleged misevaluation of his properties and tax-related infractions.

James, who is locked in a re-election bid against Republican attorney Michael Henry, filed the massive suit against Donald Trump, Donald Trump Jr., Eric Trump, Ivanka Trump and a handful of Trump Organization associates alleging “numerous acts of fraud and misrepresentation” regarding financial statements.

Trump fervently dismissed the merits of James’ suit in an exclusive interview with Sean Hannity and pointed out she originally made finding a way to sue him a hallmark of her first bid for attorney general.
