In a video posted to Twitter, Democrat former presidential candidate Tulsi Gabbard said parents’ rights are “under attack” across America, “as the government tries to usurp” their right to raise their children as they see fit.

She also said that she supports Florida’s new “Parental Rights in Education Act,” which prohibits classroom discussion about gender identity and sexual orientation in kindergarten through third grade.

Florida Republican Gov. Ron DeSantis signed the legislation March 28.
